A Werribee woman missing since last Wednesday was seen on CCTV footage at a shopping centre in Melbourne's west on Friday.
Police revealed Sandra Pevitt, 45, was seen withdrawing money from her bank account at the Wyndham Village Shopping Centre on Sayers Road, Tarneit. She was apparently on her own.
Ms Pevitt last spoke to her partner Paul Czech at her Werribee home about 8.30am on November 7, but has not made contact with any other family members or workmates.
It is believed she told a family member that she was going to see a doctor but police say she did not have an appointment with her regular GP and did not attend that day.
Mr Czech said he was shocked by the disappearance as it was out of character.
Ms Pevitt is described as Caucasian, 167 centimetres tall, medium build, with blonde shoulder-length hair.
On Wednesday, she was wearing blue jeans, a grey sports top, brown-and-white knitted jacket, frameless glasses and white runners with a pink trim.
Her silver 2010 Hyundai i30 wagon is also missing, and has a registration of XVL 284.
Meanwhile, missing Melbourne woman Katie Dircks has been found alive in Tasmania, police say.
The 30-year playwright and Melbourne Theatre Company employee had been last seen on Friday night leaving work in South Melbourne.
