Nutmeat carrot loaf

- 2 large carrots, grated
- 1/2 packet of kraft cheese (the smaller size), grated
- 1 onion, chopped finely or grated
- 1/3 can of tomato soup
- 1 tsp vegemite or marmite
- 1 can of Sanitarium nutmeat, minced
- 1 tbs margarine
- 1 egg
This is a delicious vegetarian recipe that even the carnivores will enjoy! It's simple to make, and is fun and healthy for the kids too!
Mix all of the ingredients together, once they are prepared.
Pour into a lightly greased casserole dish.
Cook at 180 degrees for 1 1/4hrs, serve with mashed potato and mixed vegies.
