She leads ANZ’s Global Wealth business and is Group Managing Director of Marketing and Innovation. She has previously held global management roles with American Life Insurance Company. Citigroup and GE Capital.
She appears regularly on ABC’s The Drum and on ABC radio. She was previously the Saturday editor of The Sydney Morning Herald and editor of Good Weekend magazine.
She has worked as a broadcaster at Triple R, a producer for ABC radio, artist liaison at the Melbourne Writers Festival and co-director of the National Young Writers Festival.
She has worked in Canberra as a political correspondent since 2009.
She has previously worked as a reporter in the general and health rounds at the SMH, as well as for various publications for doctors including Psychiatry Update.
She is one of the most esteemed reporters in Australia and in 2002 she won the Gold Walkley, the industry’s highest honour, for her reporting with Anne Davies on the Bulldogs salary cap scandal.
