Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn in a scene from The Internship.

Back in 2005, Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson helped rewrite the box office record books when Wedding Crashers became the top-grossing R-rated comedy of all time.

Well they're going to try and recreate some of that box office magic later this year when their new film The Internship is released. The premise is that two down-on-their-luck salesmen get internships at Google in a last-ditch attempt to remain employable.

As Wilson's character summarises: "We're looking at some sort of mental Hunger Games against a bunch of genius kids for jobs."

Vince Vaughn co-wrote the script, and Rose Byrne plays one of the female leads. John Goodman is also on the cast list, and IMDB has an acting credit for Will Ferrell too. He doesn't appear in the trailer - perhaps he has a small cameo as he did in Wedding Crashers? Anyway, it hits US cinemas on June 7.

Check it out.
