Girls these days dream big. They can be anything they want to be! Anything! Even astronauts! Even park rangers!!

Well... as long as they're prepared to deal with the consequences of pursuing their dreams into professions dominated by men and workplaces dominated by male bosses.

In 2016, there are more opportunities than ever to put up with exclusion, harassment and sex crimes at work - Samantha Bee gets that. After all, she's America's only female late night talk show host.

Which is why she decided to host a special 'Job Fair for Future Women' in her latest episode. It's 'special' because unlike most job fairs teenage girls are sent to, it's realistic about what young girls can expect to encounter in their field of choice if today's standards are anything to go by.

And it ain't pretty. As Bee puts it, "What is the point of encouraging girls to dream big if any career puts them in the path of boob-honkers? There's not a workplace on land or sea or even at the bottom of a big deep hole in the ground where we're actually keeping women safe."

Get excited and lean in, gals!
