We are going to go ahead and say it: as far as young, pop-duet-in-the-making love goes, this is a union made in heaven. Taylor Swift, 22, who is never, ever going to have anything but a slightly unhinged adolescent-flavoured view of romance and Harry Styles, 18, of the boy band sensation, One Direction, are now officially a couple. And just where should a girl, who has sung 'Romeo save me' go on a date with a boy who has crooned 'You don't know you're beautiful'? Why, to New York's central park zoo, of course to pet small animals and probably sip on cinnamon-sprinkled vanilla chai lattes afterwards. Maybe Taylor will get a bit of the froth on her nose after she takes a sip. And maybe Harry will motion for her to wipe her nose. But then maybe Taylor will have no idea what he's referring to and so he'll have to say, in that charming English accent of his, 'Hey, love, you've got a bit of - '
And then maybe Taylor will blush the colour of fresh-picked apples as Harry carefully, (yet playfully) removes the froth from her nose.

The pair, who have really only been a couple since flirting backstage at a filming of X Factor last month, were accompanied by Taylor's friends, one of whom was a baby. See? You thought we were being too twee when we described the froth scenario - but lo! Taylor Swift actually held a mysterious-yet-adorable baby and showed it some teeny tiny animals, including but not limited to, seals.
It doesn't get any better than this. Well, maybe it does. Maybe next time they're photographed together it can snow.
