We were only saying last week that Tavi Gevinson, creator of style blog Rookie, fashion genius, feminist and wonder of the modern world has accomplished more in her 16 years than most people do in their lifetimes. Well, now we can add actress to that list. Look out Ellen Page - amiright?!
Gevinson is just about to sign on to a movie from Fox Searchlight Pictures, the indie arm of Fox.

Gevinson and the agency have closed a deal for her to make her acting debut in writer-director Nicole Holofcener's untitled new film at Fox Searchlight. She will play Chloe, an only child who never received much attention from her parents, forcing her to grow up faster than her peers. While Gevinson has quite attentive parents -- as noted in the Times feature -- she definitely can relate to growing up fast.
