The ring y'all!
Kelly Clarkson, successful singer, American Idol alum and frequent user of the contraction 'y'all' got engaged on Friday to fellow Texan and talent manager Brandon Blackstock. Blackstock, who just happens to be country superstar Reba McEntire's step-son, has been dating Clarkson for a year. (McEntire is married to Blackstock's father, Narvel. Narvel is also a talent manager.)
The singer published a pic of her engagement ring on WhoSay on Saturday, saying
“Everyone has been asking about my engagement ring, so here it is."
“It’s a yellow canary diamond with diamonds around it and Brandon designed it with Johnathon Arndt! They did an amazing job!”
