Only four days into Tokyo Fashion Week and it has already delivered more talk-worthy collections than New York, Milan and Paris combined. The latest? This LOL-core look by Thai label Sretsis that lets you wear puppies on your feet!
No, we don't mean actual puppies. We're not monsters. We're talking these adorable puppy-toed pumps worn with pastel socks and a heavy dose of whimsy.
They're a bit like a revved up version of those whiskered Marc by Marc Jacobs mouse flats from a few years back, and make us think of those plush panda-tongued Jeremy Scott x Adidas Original sneakers, or the bunny-eared slippers we'd wear as children – and okay, we admit it, grown-ups.

The footwear was the finishing touch on high-octane looks that included hyper-colour florals, girly ruffles and a matching puppy cap made of fabric from a teddy-bear factory.
The collection was dubbed 'Stretsis Labyrinth', inspired by '70s glam sparkle and the fantasy creatures from David Bowie's Labryinth. It's like the designers infiltrated our minds and created our fantasy dream wardrobe, sending it down a runway decorated with 4,000 fresh flowers.
As winter creeps up on us, we're counting on these aww-inducing pals to keep our toes cutely clothed and cosy.
Adults dressing like children is now a trend. Hurrah! Photo: Koki Nagahama
