Marion Cotillard, Rust and Bone luncheon in New York, November 2012
Look into my eyes, look into my eyes, look into my eyes ... actually look into Marion Cotillard's dress. I'm quite sure that it has hypnotic qualities. In the very least the print is a definite optical illusion. If that illusion, or in Cotillard's case, actual truth, is a fabulous and flattering dress. The pleats are feminine, as are the crinkled cap sleeves but it's the middle bit that's just mesmorising. It's the sort of dress you could wear to a pretty tea party. That or a magic show.
