As I mentioned yesterday, the body language of Victoria Beckham at the Spice Girls reunion was awfully telling. Basically she is only there because everyone who ever made up their own dance to Wannabe in the 90s would have hated her if she didn't. She's obviously the successful one and now that she's in fashion I hardly think she cares to be reminded of the clothes that she once wore at the height of "girl power." So Posh has dressed for her career funeral. The thing is though, and I suppose the whole point behind the getup, was that she also looked incredible. Let's start with the cinched in military inspired jacket, stylish AND authoritarian. The pencil skirt is business goes to the bar and those peep toe towering heels look scary yet impressive. All that coupled with the sheer coldness is perfect, really, for a reunion.
